Are you ready to handle work-related legal issues?

Let’s face it, keeping up with Federal and State employment laws can be time consuming and complicated, however, as a business owner you are still required to legally remain in compliance. As such, allow TCS to do the work for you so that you can focus on your operational needs and together let’s build a narrative of growth and success.

Services offered by TCS are not meant to replace current human resources personnel, but rather serve as an extension as a go-to subject matter expert advisor in employment matters that could potentially result in legal claims. Likewise for those businesses that do not have current human resources personnel, TCS provides expertise to keep you abreast of the ever-changing laws that impact small, mid-sized, or large businesses.

In working with TCS your entity works directly with the owner throughout the contractual agreement, which allows the personable touch to human resources consultancy as we both invest in each other’s success.

Flight of Gratitude: Success Stories from Those Served

"During my term as the 40th Mayor for the City of Waukegan (2017-2021), Tameika was a direct report overseeing the Human Resources Department as Director.  Tameika's expertise in the Human Resources industry provided me with a high level of comfort to focus on other aspects of the organization because of her ability and dependability to ensure that the City remained compliant with applicable Federal and State employment laws.  Tameika brought forth dedication to the employees and made everyone feel as important as if they too were Mayor.  Tameika's professional candor was an asset to the City of Waukegan."
