Tameika Chandler-Jones, President and Owner of Transcendent Consultative Solutions, LLC, holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice, an M.S. in Human Resources Management, an M.S. in Business Administration, and certifications as a Certified Labor Relations Professional (CLRP), SHRM People Manager Qualification (PMQ), and Certified DISC Profile Analyst. A member of the International Association of Professional Human Resources Consultants, she discovered her passion for HR and labor relations in 2003 while working in an academic HR department, shifting her career focus from law enforcement to employment law and people strategy.

With nearly two decades of progressive HR experience, including extensive work within government agencies, Tameika blends deep regulatory knowledge with practical, people-centered solutions.
